DETAILS: LEED SILVER DESIGNATION – Evidence Based Design execution for 120,000sf LEED Gold micro-apartment and condominium complex. Project included luxury amenities and fitness spaces, and integrated mixed-use green-space bio-park planning alongside the Metro Branch Rail/Bike Trail. $75 Million construction cost.
Our role on this project was as a co-design lead, being responsible for egress calculations, DCRA zoning compliance, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP/Civil team for construction documentation.
