New Construction at for a new centralized data center at GM’s main proving grounds, combining a dozen former separate operations under one roof for increased security and quality control. BIM coordination & management of Design/Build delivery, $15 Million construction cost ($258million intake) Class A facility w/ premium materials & finishes
The role on this project was as a support architect, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP/Civil team for construction documentation. Initialized design by IBI Group (Southfield).
