DETAILS: LEED GOLD DESIGNATION – 130,000 sq.ft. New Construction – Design of a true PLUS energy house based on lessons learned from the Solar Decathlon submission the year before, utilizing a centralized thermosyphon.
The role on this project was as a support, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP and thermal calculations, MEEB equivalency, and site placement.
