Cobo Entertainment and Exhibition Center – Detroit, MI –80,000 sq.ft., multi-phase expansion plan for the North American International Auto Show. Design included the design development of a new six-story entry atrium, two 100,000 sq.ft., multi-purpose exhibition areas, a cen wetral ‘autorama feature space’ carved from the former Cobo Arena, and new electrical planning for six (6) permanent convertors.

DETAILS: Buzzard Point/Capitol Riverfront Redevelopment – Washington DC – Two phase LEED Gold affordable housing units developed in conjunction with DCRA, overlooking the Nationals Baseball Stadium. Design-assist for glazing, $35 Million construction cost.
Studio Weiss’ role on this project was as a project architect, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP/Civil team for construction documentation. Initialized design by ODA (New York).
