DETAILSBuzzard Point/Capitol Riverfront Redevelopment – Washington DC – Two phase LEED Gold affordable housing units developed in conjunction with DCRA, overlooking the Nationals Baseball Stadium. Design-assist for glazing, $35 Million construction cost.

Studio Weiss’ role on this project was as architectural detailing, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP/Civil team for construction documentation.  Initialized design by ODA (New York).
