DETAILS: Multi-facility LEED silver historical adaptive reuse redevelopment & central showpiece of an existing 20,000sf facility, for next gen self-driving trucks, ‘Kick-Axe’, Aslin Beer Company, entertainment & hospitality for McCaffery and Associates. $25 Million construction cost, including NC integrated parking garage. Coordination & facilitation with Pittsburgh Historic Review Commision (HCR).
Studio Weiss’ role on this project was as a project architect, materials & sustainability specialist, along with the coordination of MEP/Civil team for construction documentation for all historic compliance documentation and application through the City of Pittsburgh.
